Return and Refund Policy

Defective Product Returns. Customer may return most defective Products to PLCGATE within the warranty period. PLCGATE will arrange repair first, if can not be repaired, we will arrange replace a new one for you.

Our policy is valid for 30 days after received the products. If 30 days have passed and there are no quality problems, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.

In order to complete your return, we need a receipt or proof of purchase.

Any item that is not in its original condition, damaged or missing parts, not due to our fault, will be rejected

Situations When We Refund

  1. Product issues
    We are committed to providing you with high-quality items. However, if the product you received does not match the product you ordered, or the product has some quality problems. If you want to return or replace the product due to a product problem, please contact the customer service staff in time and provide videos or photos of the product problem. We will process the refund or exchange request within 7 working days after inspecting the product.
  2. Item out of stock
    If you purchase goods and we are unable to ship them out due to a stock shortage, we will contact you by E-mail. We will offer you the choice to either refund or wait for stock.
  3. PayPal Issues
    If your PayPal's account name and address do not match your order's name and shipping address, we will email you for verification. If you do not reply to us within 7-15 business days, we will automatically refund the order.

Overdue or lost refund (if applicable)
If you haven't received your refund, check your bank account again first.
Then contact your credit card company, which may take some time before your refund is officially announced.

Items for sale (if applicable)
Only regular priced items are refundable, unfortunately, promotional sales items are not.

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your items. Shipping charges are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it takes for your exchange products to reach you may vary.

The quickest way to make sure you get what you want is to return what you already have, and once the return is accepted, buy something new separately.

Yes, you can send us RFQs through message. We hold more than 2,000,000 lines and most lines are not listed.

When can I receive the item?

In general, the item will arrive you within 3-12 days once paid, also we will provide you tracking number.

what should I do when you not ship the item or item  not as described etc?

A: Don't worry, we recommend you to use paypal to pay if you not trust us, you can open cases on paypal,get your money back within 180 days if seller fault, you are protected.
