1. How to change or cancel an order?
We know how important your order is, so we aim to fulfill it as quickly as possible. Please note that we can help you modify your order before shipping. It includes changing the size or color of an item, removing an item, changing your shipping address. While we are unable to cancel or change your order after it has shipped, you are welcome to return items to us in accordance with our returns policy.
2. How do I track my package?
Please use the tracking options at the top of the page for quick information. In your shipping confirmation email, you will receive a link to your tracking history. From there, you can monitor your package's progress until it arrives at your door. Depending on the shipping method selected, you can visit 17track.net/en or ems.com/ or dhl.com/ or ups.com/ and enter the tracking number sent to you by email.
3. My order has been confirmed but I just received an email saying I received a refund, what does this mean?
The item you ordered was so popular that it sold out between the time you placed your order and the time we processed it.
4. I placed an order two weeks ago/not too long ago and then realized I had several emails and missed calls from PLCGATE, what's going on?
If we need to verify your order or need to contact you about your order, we will provide you with further instructions via email. If we are unable to contact you after 7 days, your order will be canceled and your original method of payment will be credited with the full amount of your order.
Helpful tip: If you receive a message from wztyplcgate@gmail.com, please contact us as soon as possible to avoid your order being cancelled.
5. Why was my order cancelled?
Your order may be canceled for a variety of reasons:
If you order an individual item and we are unable to fulfill the order due to (1) out-of-stock or (2) unexpected delays in our ability to replenish stock, if you receive the item in a timely manner, your order will be canceled and your original payment method will be The full amount of your order will be credited.
• In some cases, we are unable to verify billing information entered on an order. If the billing address does not match the address on file with your credit card issuer or bank, your order may be automatically canceled. If your order is canceled as a result, please contact your credit card issuer or bank to verify that the billing information is correct. Once updated, please create a new order with the correct billing address.
• If our customer service team attempts to contact you about your order but is unable to contact you after 7 days, your order will be canceled and the full amount of your order will be charged to your original method of payment
6. I placed an order, but I didn’t see any movement from PLCGATE. What’s going on?
There may be a number of reasons why your order may be delayed. Please note that most orders leave our fulfillment center within 24-48 hours of being placed.
In some cases, our customer service team may hold orders that present a risk of fraud, or that require additional review or verification to protect our products. When this happens, our customer protection team will contact you directly if your order is delayed due to review.
In some cases we may be out of stock of popular items that we expect to restock within 3 business days. If this is the only item you order, your order will not be canceled but will be held until the item is back in stock and we are able to fulfill the order. When this happens, our customer service team will send you an email informing you of the delay.
7. I placed an order but never received a confirmation email.
If you do not receive an email from PLCGATE within 24 hours of placing your order, please check that the email address you have on file is correct. If you still need help, please contact us by leaving your email.
8. What if my credit card is declined?
If your payment is not successfully processed or is declined when trying to complete your purchase, you may use an alternative payment method before completing your purchase.

11. How long will it take for my order to arrive?
At PLCGATE, we pride ourselves on and work hard to ensure that all packages are delivered promptly.
12. What should I do if I receive damaged items?
If your item is damaged in transit, you may be eligible for a full refund. When requesting a refund, be prepared to provide customer service with a clear diagram showing the issue with the item and its delivery number as soon as possible. Please also provide the "Proof of Damage" document provided by the courier company. Alternatively, you can open the item in front of the delivery person and if you find that it was damaged in transit, you can reject it and email us about the situation for reshipping.
